Guj CM Vijaybhai Rupani flags off 2nd phase of state-wide ‘Ekta Yatra’ in Ahmedabad
The second phase of the state-wide ‘Ekta Yatra’ (Unity Tour) flagged-off by Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani from primary school being ran by Aslali Kelavani Mandal in Aslali area of Ahmedabad city
The main objective of the Ekta Yatra is to deliver message of “Unity” given to the nation by the maker of united India, Sardar Saheb.
This second phase of the Ekta Yatra will continue across the state till November 20. In this phase, 45 villages of Ahmedabad district will be covered.
The 1st phase of the Ekta Yatra was conducted between October 20 and 29, covering 5,471 villages of 171 tehsils of 33 districts and 131 wards of six municipal corporations of the state. In this phase, as many as 16,53,000 citizens, both from rural and urban areas, had taken pledge of “Unity for Nation”.
