CM congratulates two Govt Schools of Bharuch-Dangs for winning 1st, 2ND Green-Sustainable Awards in country

Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani today congratulated two government primary schools from Aankalva in Bharuch district and Gondalvihir in Dangs district for winning Green & Sustainable Awards as first and second positions in the country.

Mr. Rupani honoured the students and principals of these schools and congratulated them. He also praised this initiative of the students of rural areas.

Under the ‘Green School Project’ of the Sarvasiksha Abhiyaan as many as 241 government primary schools had worked as the Green & Sustainable School. Of them, these two schools had won first and second positions in the country.

The occasion was graced by minister of state for education Mrs. Vibhawariben Dave, Education Secretary Mr. Vinod Rao, State Project Director P. Bharthi and others.
