Chartered Accountants Day – Implementation of GST is a historical Event

    Gandhinagar, Saturday:  Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani said that the implementation of GST is a living example of the improving economy of the country.  He added that our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has taken India to a new height through this measure.

    On the occasion of the Chartered Accountants’ day and the foundation day of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Mr. Rupani said that the GST will curb 28 other kinds of taxes in the country which lead to ‘tax terrorism’. GST will make smooth the entire procedure of tax structure in the country and bring the prices of various commodities at one level.

    Central Minister for Skill Development Ministry Mr. Rajiv Pratap Rudi in his inaugural speech said that Indian government is making an attempt to bring a transparent system through the medium of GST and the fruits of the same will be reaped in the days to come. It is one such historic decision after independence where all the states of the country have come together for a common cause.  He also added that it is historic wherein 125 crore people of the nation have come together and agreed for the GST.

    Tax money through GST will be used for the development of the poor and the needy people across the nation.

    On the occasion, a book titled ‘Cashless Economy’ written by MLA, Mr. Rakesh Shah and Chartered Accountant Mr. Jainik Vakil was released by various dignitaries.  Various office bearers from Institute of Chartered Accountants and other members were remained present.
