Gandhinagar, Monday: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said that natural farming is beneficial for both human and soil health as well as for the breeding of cows. Inspired by Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi, let us resolve to adopt natural farming by avoiding the use of chemical fertilizers and medicines.
Addressing the Gau Mahima Satsang Sabha during Shri Ram Katha organized at Khokhra Hanuman Harihar Dham in Morbi, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel called upon all to walk the path of natural farming and cow protection in the year of Azadi ka Amrut mahotsav. CM further said that all of us coming from different social communities or business classes have the same goal- ‘Atmanirbhar Gujarat to Atmanirbhar Bharat’ is everyone’s goal. Cow-based natural farming will be instrumental in achieving this goal, he added.
At the commencement of the program, the Chief Minister recited the Aarti of Pothi at Vyasasana of Shri Ram Katha and worshiped it. In the special presence of the Chief Minister, cheques of assistance fund of Rs. 1-1 lakh were handed over to the families of martyrs.
The Chief Minister was accorded special honors by the Gaushala administrators, Gaubhaktas and Panjrapol administrators for providing Rs. 600 crore in the budget for the maintenance of Gaushala.
The Chief Minister described Shri Mahamandleshwari Pujya Maa Kankeshwari Deviji, the orator of Shri Ram Katha at Khokhra Harihar Dham, as a Nari Gauravratna of India. The Chief Minister said that the narration of the biography of Maryadapurushottam Shriram by Matrushakti is very beneficial.
Occasional discourses were given by Nijanand Swami Maharaj, Chaitanya Shambhu Maharaj and other saints in the Gau Mahima Satsang Sabha. The meeting was attended by a large number of saints including Ramkrishnanandji Maharaj, Gaurishi Dattasharanandji Maharaj, Mahantshree Muktanandji Bapu, Kaniramdas Bapu, Hariharanandbharatiji Maharaj, Shernathji Bapu, Shraddhanandji Maharaj.
On this occasion, Minister of State for Industry Shri Jagdishbhai Vishwakarma, MLA Shri Lalitbhai Kagathara, National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Former Minister Shri Jayantibhai Kawadia, MP Survey Shri Mohanbhai Kundaria, Vinodbhai Chavda, Former MLA Shri Kantibhai Amrutiya, Bavanjibhai Metaliya, District BJP President Shri Durlabhjibhai Dethariya, District Collector Shri J.B. Patel, District Development Officer Shri Parag Bhagdev, Province Officer Shri D.A. Zala, Leading Surveyor Shri Ajaybhai Loria, Raghavjibhai Gadara, Maganbhai Wadaviya etc., were present.
