Chief Minister attends Shiv Katha at Kovaya in Amreli district

    Gandhinagar, Thursday: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel attended the Shiv Katha organized by Lakhnotra family at Kovaya in Rajula taluka of Amreli. Congratulating the organizers for organizing the Sivakatha, He said that spiritual consciousness is realized as soon as one enters Saurashtra, the land of saints. He was thankful for participating in Shiv Katha.

    Addressing the devotees CM said that, Prime Minister Shri Modi has inspired the entire country to follow the path of good governance through implementation of good governance, following this the state government has also implemented good governance comprehensively.

    CM made it clear and expressed his determination that Gujarat is ready to take up the call made by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to build 75 Amrut Sarovars in each district on the occasion of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav. State Government is committed to provide basic facilities like education, health, water, housing to every citizen of the state.

    CM emphasised on improving the health of soil(earth) and adopting cow based natural farming for a healthier lifestyle. Doing so will improve the health of the soil, provide valuable nutritious food, and prevent serious diseases at an early age. He called on for the mantra of “Sauno Saath Sauno Vikas” and urged to be inspired from “Atmanirbhar Gujarat” to “Atmanirbhar Bharat”.

    CM visited the Varahswarup temple in Jafrabad taluka. Mahant Shri Jogendra Bapu informed the Chief Minister about the historical significance of this place. The Chief Minister met the villagers present on the occasion. He also received blessings from Shri Giribapu.
