    ‘Photo Exhibition’ at Ravishankar Art Gallery will be open till August 28th

    Gandhinagar, Tuesday: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated ‘Photo Exhibition’ organized by Photo Journalists Association at Ravishankar Art Gallery in Ahmedabad.

    The ‘Photo Exhibition’ organized by Photo Journalists Association on the occasion of World Photography Day has a rich collection of about 160 appealing and rare photographs on display. The Chief Minister viewed these pictures with great interest and also applauded the memorable moments captured through camera by the photographers for which he also congratulated them.

    Benmoon pictures since the time of COVID-19 till date which were clicked by 31 members of 30 years old Photo Journalists Association has been displayed in this exhibition. Apart from natural/scenic beauty, customs and traditions and human sensibilities, there were pictures captured which cover the testing as well as other facilities and initiatives provided by the government during pandemic were also on display.

    The first, second and third best photographs were awarded to Shri Amit Dave, Shri Shailesh Solanki and Shri Dhaval Bharwad respectively. Chief Minister also awarded prizes to the photographers who received consolation prizes.  This exhibition is open for public till August 28th from 11 AM to  8 PM.

    On this occasion Rajya Sabha MP Shri Narhari Amin, Ahmedabad Municipal Standing Committee Chairman Shri Hitesh Barot, BJP City President Shri Amit Shah, MLA Shri Rakesh Shah were present for this photo exhibiton.
