Chief Minister hands over appointment letters to the newly appointed candidates

    Gandhinagar, Monday: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel has clearly stated that With the good governance environment developed under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Gujarat has adopted the concept of recruitment of eligible candidates in a transparent and timely manner.

    The Chief Minister was addressing at the program held at Mahatma Mandir to present appointment letters to 2531 candidates selected for various cadres of Gujarat Government.

    2306 candidates for Junior Clerk and Office Assistant Class-3 posts, 133 candidates for Education Service Class-2 and 92 for Agricultural Officer Class-2 posts. Thus a total of 2531 new youth Karmayogi’s were appointed by Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board.

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in his virtual video address said that Gujarat has so far given jobs to lakhs of youth by completing recruitment processes in the stipulated time frame. Not only that, But using technology has also made this process transparent.

    The Prime Minister added that under the leadership of the Chief Minister, the state government has made youth employment opportunities easily available through various digital platforms, mobile apps, web portals, which are also commendable. The Prime Minister also gave importance to infrastructure and development schemes and manufacturing sector to provide maximum employment in these sectors, the Center and NDA. State governments have focused. Inspiring the newly appointed youths who are joining the state government services, the Prime Minister said, With the changing times and technology, youth power also has to be well equipped.

    With the rapid pace of growth cycle, the pace of employment opportunities in the country has also accelerated. The Prime Minister clearly stated that Experts of the world have expressed the opinion that India will become a manufacturing hub in the coming days.

    On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel called upon the newly appointed youths to absorb the spirit of karmayogi given by the Prime Minister and be meticulous in solving the problems of the applicants-common man who come to them.

    He said that, we have passed a bill in the assembly to prevent malpractices in recruitment examinations and punish the malpractices, so that the recruitment examinations and appointments are not delayed.

    The Chief Minister encouraged all the youth who were going to receive newly appointment letters and said that to reach the target destination or to come out of difficulties, one should always keep in mind that morals or ethics must never be ignored and should never be given up. He also inspired the youth by saying that, Let us make this Amrit Kaal the period dedicated for public service and for the welfare of the people through good governance under the leadership of the Prime Minister.

    On this occasion Chief Secretary of the state Shri Raj Kumar said that all the candidates selected in various cadres of the state will also have double responsibility from the moment they join the state government. It is the responsibility of all of you to implement the various welfare schemes of the state government and deliver the benefits to the people at the end. He added.

    The Chief Secretary further said, Non Secretarial Clerks are the basic employees of the State Government and therefore they are also responsible for the welfare of the citizens. The Chief Secretary expressed confidence that all the candidates will participate in the development of the state by fulfilling this responsibility.

    Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board Chairman and Additional Chief Secretary Shri A. K. Rakesh said that This recruitment of Non Secretariat Clerk and Office Assistant Class-III of Secretariat Cadre was the biggest recruitment exam in Gujarat. In which a total of 10,45,459 candidates of the state had registered.

    This task has been completed today with the continuous guidance of the Chief Minister, the support of the state government and the officers and employees.

    He further said, Candidates have been selected by completing the entire process with transparency starting from first stage examination and second stage computer proficiency test to final appointment.

    Shri A.K. Rakesh encouraged and requested the newly appointed candidates to contribute their valuable contribution to the progress of the state by working with diligence and passion.

    On this occasion Chief Principal Secretary to CM Shri K. Kailashnathan, Chairman of Gujarat Public Service Commission Shri Nalin Upadhyay along with various officers, employees and newly appointed candidates and their families were present
