Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel held a high-level meeting to review the security arrangements made by the state police for the upcoming ICC World Cup cricket match to be held on October 14th in Ahmedabad.
Minister of State for Home Shri Harsh Sanghvi along with Chief Secretary Shri Raj Kumar Chief Principal Secretary to CM Shri K. Kailashnathan, Additional Chief Secretary (Home Department) Shri Mukesh Puri, Director General of Police Shri Vikas Sahay, Ahmedabad Police Commissioner Shri G.S. Malik and other senior police officers also joined CM for this review meeting.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel obtained details about the necessary security arrangements made for the safety of the spectators coming to Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium along with the preparatory measures opted to control traffic situations during match hours.
He gave necessary guidance after taking comprehensive review of all the arrangements.
