Chief Minister inaugurates Akhil Bharatiya Chaturved Mahasammelan at Vadodara

    Gandhinagar, Sunday: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said that, uniqueness of Indian culture has reached new heights under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. His efforts have brought out the consciousness of the ancient spirituality of the country. The knowledge of the Vedas, the unique scriptures of Indian culture, paves the way for the welfare of the entire world.

    The Chief Minister added that the Vedas are well understood by the scholars of the world and that is why the whole world looks up to India. In the 21st century, the combination of spiritual consciousness with people power for the upliftment of the entire nation has further enlightened it. The Chaturved Mahasammelan being held in Vadodara will act as a catalyst.

    Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated Akhil Bharatiya Chaturved Mahasammelan in association with Shree MahaRudra Hanuman Sansthan and Maharshi Sandipani Rashtriya Ved Vidya Pratishthan at Vadodara in the presence of Sharda Peeth Shankaracharya Swami Sadanand Saraswatiji.

    Chief Minister said, It is necessary that the youth should be connected with Vedas, Vedic science, religion and religious culture. Ever since Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has taken the oath of office a cultural wave has risen across the country. The spirit of welfare of all is at the core of Indian culture.

    He finally expressed the commitment of an developed India from developed Gujarat by combining spiritual consciousness with social and public service consciousness.

    Sharda Peeth Shankaracharya Swami Sadanand Saraswatiji said that Vedas are the sustenance of Indian culture. Vedas do not require any proportion. The Vedas are the way to know the universe, so the Vedas are an independent measure.

    Shri Krishnakanth Purani said that the Vedas are not only a source of knowledge but also of science. He explained the importance of the four Vedas.
    Shri Purushottam Murjani delivered a keynote address in the beginning.
