    Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the Model United Nations 2.0 Conference organised by Institute of Law, Nirma University. During his address, the CM said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi wants to make youth a New Age Power not a New Age Water. The government is committed for providing a suitable platform to hone their talent. He also added that a youth assembly was recently organised by the Gujarat government.
    In the two-day conference of Model United Nations 2.0, the Chief Minister said , “The golden era of India’s foreign policy is going under the leadership of the Prime Minister. India’s role and position has strengthened on global platforms. With the initiative of the Prime Minister, World Yoga Day began to be celebrated and 2023 is being celebrated as the International Year of Millets.

    The Chief Minister said that India, under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, is presiding over the G-20. Gujarat is known as a policy driven state. It is a matter of pride that the state has got the opportunity to host about 15 G-20 meetings.

    The young generation’s approach has changed towards politics and global trends in the last 9 years. The Chief Minister added that this conference will be an effective platform to make the youth more relevant and equipped with global trends and it is hoped that this conference will become catalyst in building an developed India.

    In the opening ceremony, Chairman of Nirma University Sri. Karsanbhai Patel, Vice President of Nirma University Shri. K. K. Patel, Director General Shri. Anup Singh, Head of Institute of Law Prof. Dr. Madhuri Parikh, faculty members and students were present in large numbers.
