Chief Minister inaugurates the 12th edition of Agri Asia and Dairy Livestock and Poultry Expo

Gandhinagar, September 15: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the 12th edition of Agri Asia and Dairy Livestock and Poultry Expo in Gandhinagar in the presence of the Minister of State for Agriculture, Shri Raghavji Patel, Mayor of Gandhinagar, Shri Hitesh Makwana and IFFCO Chairman Shri Dilip Sanghani.

The expo will be held from September 15 to 17, 2023.

A total of 172 exhibitors from India and foreign countries from the agri-tech sector have participated in this prestigious exhibition.

About 25 foreign brand products have also been showcased in this exhibition, which are helping farmers with the utilization of advanced and modern technology in agriculture.

The Chairman of the Gujarat Progressive Dairy Farmers Association (GPDFA) Dr. Bharat Patel welcomed the Chief Minister and gave him details about the exhibition.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel interacted with stall representatives to learn more about modern technology and products in agriculture.

Additional Chief Secretary of the Agriculture Department, Shri A. K. Rakesh, Director of Agriculture, Shri Solanki, along with senior officers from the Departments of Agriculture, Cooperation and Animal Husbandry, were present during the inauguration.
