Gandhinagar, Friday:  Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel on the occasion of launching of ‘Gujarati Jagran’ news portal of Jagran Group said that, On behalf of the entire Gujarat, I convey my  best wishes to Jagran Group which is the leading newspaper on both the platforms offline as well as  online.

He further added saying that, While journalism is the fourth pillar of democracy, digital media has become important for modern journalists today. Jagran Group provides information and entertainment to viewers on nine different platforms. Not only this, Jagran Group also takes responsibility to keep the viewers alert.

Chief Minister said that with his development politics Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has transformed the nation. Today, Gujarat is at the forefront in every field. He added that Gujarat has topped the chart in terms of foreign investment exports and industrial production and all this is possible due to the hard work and leadership of Shri Narendra Modi.

Talking about the development of Gujarat, the Chief Minister said, Shri Narendra Modi has started a new chapter in Gujarat through Vibrant Gujarat. Shri Narendra Modi laid such foundations of development that Gujarat has become the growth engine of the country today. We as a team are committed towards taking this development journey forward at a steady pace.

While expressing his expectation Chief Minister said that this new news portal and website of Jagran Media Group will be instrumental in spreading this development story of Gujarat to the world.

While congratulating on the launch of Gujarati Jagran web portal Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Shri Pradip Parmar said that, Through this portal impartial information will be made to reach people.

Minister of State Shri Brijesh Merja congratulated everyone on the occasion of launching Jagran Gujarati in Gujarat and said that Jagran Group has been in the limelight for years.

President of Ahmedabad Shri Amit Shah, saints, senior journalists and a large number of people were present on this occasion.
