The Chief Minister watches the Mann ki Baat programme with members of Ghatlodia constituency from Shilaj, Ahmedabad.
30th April 2023, Sunday, Ahmedabad: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel watched the live broadcast of the historic 100th episode of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s Mann ki Baat at Shilaj, along with members of the Ghatlodia constituency.
On October 1, 2014, on the auspicious day of Vijayadashami, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi began the Mann ki Baat programme to reach people across the country. Through Mann ki Baat, the Prime Minister also interacts with the public. In the 100th historic Mann ki Baat programme, the PM interacted with citizens from different states.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that Mann ki Baat has become a unique festival of goodness and positivity for the people of India. He said that Mann ki Baat has become a mass movement with the support of people from various parts of the country.
The PM said, “ For me, ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is like a Thaal of Prasad at the feet of God in the form of Janata-Janardan, the people. ‘Mann Ki Baat’ has become a spiritual journey of my being. ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is a journey from the self to the collective. ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is a journey from myself to ourselves.”
The Prime Minister further said that Mann ki Baat gave him a platform to connect with the citizens. “Mann ki Baat is the Mann ki Baat of Indians”, he added.
He said, “I have unwavering faith that collective efforts can make a big difference.” This year we are moving into Azadi Ka Amrit Kaal and also chairing the G-20.
Chairman of Standing Committee Mr. Hitesh Barot, corporators, and a large number of people were present on this occasion.
