Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel:
Gandhinagar, August 23: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel witnessed the successful and historic landing of Chandrayaan-3 from ISRO, Ahmedabad today and encouraged ISRO scientists and officials while praising Mother India and said, “Vishwa Gagan Mein Phir Se Gunje – Bharat Ma Ki Jai Jai Jai.”
Congratulating everyone after the successful soft landing of Chandrayaan-3’s lander on the lunar surface, the Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India’s space research program has become stronger and more robust. He added that under the Prime Minister’s visionary leadership, ISRO has achieved new heights of success.
The Chief Minister said that India’s space program launched by Vikram Sarabhai is now transcending the infinite boundaries of space. In the field of space research, India is making strides by achieving one achievement after another. The development in all sectors of the country has further strengthened the faith in the government among the countrymen.
Recalling the recent launch of in-space headquarters at Bopal, Ahmedabad by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said that through the in-space headquarters, the Hon’ble PM has also opened the doors of space exploration for private players.
Now industrialists, technocrats, and youths setting up start-ups will also be able to fulfil the dream of conducting research in the field of space science, the Chief Minister asserted.
Shri Bhupendra Patel further said that ISRO has been working in the field of space for the benefit of mankind, for the benefit of the countrymen and expressed full confidence that ISRO will also ring in global appreciation with its achievements during this Amrit Kaal.
After witnessing the successful soft-landing broadcast of Chandrayaan-3, the Chief Minister visited the PSLV Lab and other initiatives at the ISRO campus.
After watching the live broadcast of the successful soft landing of Chandrayaan-3, the Chief Minister also witnessed the motivating virtual address of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, alongside the officials, employees of ISRO and school students.
