Gandhinagar, Sunday: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel attended the 99th Birth Anniversary celebration of Rajyogini Dadi Ratan Mohini Ji at Brahma Kumaris headquarters in Abu Road and launched the Nasha Mukt Bharat-2023 in 28 states and 2 Union Territories.
CM conveying his wishes said, I pray to god for your health and to bless and guide everyone spiritually. He said that our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given us the mantra of “Sauno Sath, Sauno Vikas, Sauno Vishvas ane Sauno Prayas”, Government also works with this mantra and carries social service works.
Appreciating the efforts of the Brahma Kumaris organization, the Chief Minister said that the Birth Anniversary of Rajyogini Dadi Ratan Mohini Ji is celebrated through social service campaigns. In the great life journey of spiritual life, Dadiji has fully dedicated herself in the service of God, love and world.
Dadiji has done the best Sadhana for establishing peace in the world by spreading the divine teachings and embodying the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Due to Pujya Dadi’s efforts, thousands of people have received spiritual guidance and with her inspiration, Brahma Kumaris organization is fulfilling a great responsibility in social service.
Stating that he is familiar with the history and ideals of the Brahma Kumaris organization, CM said that this organization started as a simple spiritual organization has become a global organization today.
This organization today works for social, cultural and spiritual empowerment in 140 countries of the world. He proudly said that the Brahma Kumaris organization is running a Nasha Mukt Abhiyan (Drug Free Campaign) throughout India. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi has given importance to the contribution of youth power to develop the country.
Brahmakumaris have taken up this duty and started the Nasha Mukti Abhiyan. Brahma Kumaris have entered into an MoU with the Government of India for the Drug Free India Campaign.
Talking about Gujarat, the Chief Minister said that Gujarat works with a policy of “zero tolerance” against drugs and drug addiction. Public awareness programs like ‘Say No to Drugs’ are also conducted in Gujarat. Appreciating the water harvesting efforts of the Brahmakumaris, he said, Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi, the Sujalam-Suflam water campaign in Gujarat has been very successful. In which more than 86 thousand cubic feet of water storage has increased.
Shri Banarsibhai, Shri Kailash Didi, Shri Mrityunjaybhai, Dr. Pratapji, leaders of the organization and devotees from across the country were present.
