Chief Minister attends the Registration Appreciation Ceremony of Migrant Pakistani-Hindu Doctors

    @ Migrant Pakistani-Hindu doctors have agreed for a permanent residence and provide health services in India under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi


    Gandhinagar, 03 July 2023: Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel graced the Appreciation Ceremony for Migrant Pakistani Hindu Doctors’ Registration, at Tagore Hall in Ahmedabad. The ceremony was held on the auspicious day of Guru Purnima.

    Talking about Migrant Pakistani-Hindu Doctors, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said that these doctors have triumphantly transitioned from darkness to light and are now prepared for permanent residency and offer healthcare services in India under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The Chief Minister emphasized that it is a moment of pride that the registration of these doctors will significantly contribute to the healthcare services in Gujarat.
    In 2014, there were a total of 8 AIIMS in the country. Today, they have increased to 23. Additionally, the number of medical colleges have increased from 641 to 1,341 in 2023. To add, the number of medical seats in the country, which stood at 82 thousand in 2014, has now increased to 1.52 lakh.

    India, under Hon’ble PM, successfully executed the World’s Largest Vaccination Program with over 220 crore doses for its population.

    The Prime Minister has made dedicated efforts to restore Indian pride, revive the cultural heritage, and serve Sanatan Dharma. Shri Narendra Modi’s efforts for construction of Ram Mandir at the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram holds a special place in the hearts Indians. The Chief Minister announced that Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir will be officially opened for devotees next year.

    A total of 132 doctors cleared the NMC exam and registered under Migrate Park-Hindu Doctors Appreciation Symposium. Out of that, 32 doctors will provide their services in Gujarat’s health sector.

    MP Shri Kiritbhai Solanki, MLA of Vejalpur Shri Amit Thakar, Shri Dattatreya Hosabale, the President of Gujarat Medical Council, and Mr. Rajesh Maheshwari, Coordinator of Migrate Pak-Hindu. Additionally, and a large number of people were present during the event.
