Gandhinagar, Tuesday: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel has expressed a clear view that, It is the moral duty of everyone to understand the value of water and save it for the future.
Not only that, He has also called upon for accelerating the green revolution by increasing the prevalence of drip irrigation for more cultivation and irrigation with economical use of water.
On this occasion Chief Minister was felicitated by Gujarat Rajya Udvahan Piyat Sahakari Sangh in Gandhinagar.
Representatives of approximately 286 Udvahan Piyat Sahakari Mandali’s from all 33 districts of the state participated in this program.
Under the direction of Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel, The state government has shown an innovative approach to irrigation cooperative societies including lift irrigation and drip irrigation to increase the efficiency of irrigation schemes and to increase irrigation facilities in water-scarce areas, creating infrastructure.
On this occasion Chief Minister said that the vision set by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Gujarat and India have created a unique identity of development in the world.
Chief Minister also urged everyone to fulfill the mantra of Sauno Saath, Sauno Vikas, Sauno Vishwas ane Sauno Prayas.
Leaders of Gujarat Rajya Udvahan Piyat Sahakari Sangh, Chairman Shri Devshi, Shri Hasu etc acknowledged the support and encouragement of the state government on behalf of all.
