CM Launches India’s 1st 100% Cashless Township of State-owned GNFC Ltd.

Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani today dedicated Bharuch’s GNFC Township as “Country’s first cashless township”.  He called for determination so that whole nation may celebrate honesty and authenticity.

CM Shri Rupani said that GNFC families have given new directions to the nation. Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is working to change the nation. He has given a push to self-pride and reputation of the nation and as a result world is taking note of his actions.

CM Shri Rupani congratulated to all the families of GNFC and said that after the step of demonetization PM Shri Modi is constantly working to divert people towards cashless transactions and at that moment GNFC families have taken a revolutionary step of cashless system. He said that this step is an inspiration for 180 colonies of Gujarat to move towards cashless township.

As Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer and Chemicals Ltd has been established “Roll Model Township” by Niti Ayog of Union Government, has earned the pride of this township in Gujarat and the nation. More than 10000 people enjoying cashless services from Shopping centres, restaurants, tea hawkers, school-colleges complexes situated in the township. UPI, SBI have become a link for this cashless system.

On this occasion, Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment Shri Bandaru Dattatrey, GNFC MD Shri Sanjeevkumar Gupta, Co-Operation Minister of State Shri Ishwarbhai Parmar, MLA Shri Chhatrasinh Mori, Shri Dushyantbhai Patel, Shri Arunsinh Rana, other dignitaries, GNFC officials-employees, and office-bearers were remained present.
