CM participates in 192nd Annual Patotsav celebration of Gopinathji Maharaj

Gandhinagar, Sunday:  After inaugurating the newly constructed Shri Limbatru Yatrik Bhavan at the famous Tirthdham Gadha in Botad district today, Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel participated in the 192nd Annual Patotsav celebration of Shri Gopinathji Maharaj. He said that only through the blessings of saints one can get freed from cycle of life and death. The peace we get when we follow the path of the saints of the Swaminarayan sect is indescribable.

The state government is committed to extend the benefits of schemes of Government to the lastman of the state by carrying out public welfare works so that people can easily get more facilities.

Lord Swaminarayan has spent 30 years out of 50 years of his life in Gadhada. Lord Swaminarayan spread the message of staying connected with Dharma through his deeds. It is necessary to follow in the footsteps (path) of the saints to take life in a progressive direction. The welfare of the whole world can be achieved only through the path prophesied by Lord Swaminarayan.

When we go to the temples of our religion, we feel peace, it is the essence of our culture. Government cannot do everything alone, even big tasks are easily accomplished when we work together, said CM.

Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has been able to solve common issues like sanitation, gas, water etc. which have remained unresolved for years through public participation. GoG is also committed to become self-reliant.

Detailing of COVIS-19 CM said that, “As a government, we will stand where it is needed” any developmental works have not stopped due to lack of funds. welfare of the common people is our highest priority. State Government has not allowed the pace of development to stop even in the Corona period and development works are going on uninterruptedly under the visionary leadership of PM.

MLA Mr. Atmarambhai Parmar said that, the way in which Lord Swaminarayan preached the religion has been exposed by large number of saints.

BJP State President Mr. C. R. Patil said that, Lord Swaminarayan used to say, Gadhpur is mine and I am from Gadhada. He spent most of his life in Gadhpur. The service rendered globally by the saints of Swaminarayan, efforts made by the saints for personality development are to be applauded. Akshardham in Delhi is more valuable than the Taj Mahal. Shri Rakesh Prasadji Maharaj delivered the welcome address. An audio-visual presentation on Garhpur was shown on the occasion. Shri Harijivandasji Maharaj, Chairman, Gopinathji Temple, Gadha, blessed all. Mr. Laljibhai Patel of Dharmanandan Diamond delivered the occasional speech.

State Vice President Shri Bharatbhai Boghra, Former Minister Shri Saurabhbhai Patel, District Panchayat President Shri Ghanshyambhai Virani, District BJP President Shri Bhikhubhai Vadhela, Chairperson of Vadtal Temple Shri Rakesh Prasadji Maharaj as well Swami Shri Harijivandasji Maharaj of Gopinathji Temple, District Collector Shri Tushar Sumera and office bearers, saints were also present on the occasion.
