CM participates in the 645th birth anniversary celebration of Sant Shri Rohidasji in Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar, Wednesday: Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel while participating in the celebration of 645^th birth anniversary of Sant Shri Rohidasji clearly stated that, it is the commitment of the state government that all societies move forward together towards the pathway of development.

He also said that, education is essential for the multifaceted development of any society. State government is determined to provide basic facilities like education to all sections of the society. Only through education the gap between various strata of the society can be bridged and the concept of a harmonious nation will be accomplished, he added.

Sant Shri Rohidasji made untiring efforts to unite all sections of society to bring them out of all orthodox practices and rigid customs. He mentioned that our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s slogan of ‘Sauno Saath Sauno Vikas’ also reflects the thoughts of Sant Shri Rohidasji.

On this occasion former Minister Mr. Atmaram Parmar, Gandhinagar Mayor Mr. Hitesh Makwana, MLA Mr. C.J. Chavda and people from the society of Sant Shri Rohidasji were present.
