Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani said that in the democratic governance system media is the fourth estate after parliament, judiciary and governance. Media is performing its duties by delivering news with truth and honesty to the readers.
Mr. Rupani today released the Madhya Gujarat Edition of leading newspaper NavGujarat Samay from Karamsad of Gujarat. He said that world’s largest democracy is of India, for which newspapers are playing an important role.
Mr. Rupani said that the pains and sufferings of human are been exposed through the medium of newspapers. Now a day the usage of print, electric and social media is increasing day by day. The competition to deliver news fast has increased so he requested to check the reliability of any news so that unreliable news was not published.
Mr. Rupani said that media creates a widespread impact on the minds of the people at that time media must be transparent with the news content it publishes and must be responsible so that the readers stay connected with it.
