Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani today said that he is commited to make Gujarat’s Identity as non-violent through the policy of ethics, welfare of all creatures and good Governance.
On the holy festival of Paryushan, Mr. Rupani participated with Saint Sagar Surisvaraji Maharaj at Shankheshwar Jain shrine of Patan district.
Mr. Rupani added that Gujarat is the land of non-violence believer Mahatma Gandhi, Vastupal-Tejapal, Hemcanndracharya-Navaratnasagarji and Narsinh Mehta.
He expressed a thought to create a separate short route for saints, pilgrims and pedestrians to avoid road accidents for people visiting to pilgrimage places and to put sign boards for the vehicle drivers moving through the roads to take care of pilgrims.
