Ranki Vav is a historical gift: India’s magnificent heritage was witnessed : Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel
Gandhinagar, Sunday: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel visited the Vav of Rani of Patan which is a World Heritage Site. Before visiting the World Heritage Site Rani ki Vav, Mr. Patel last week visited Kutch’s Dholavira a recent entrant to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Appreciating the glorious historical heritage of Rani ki Vav, Mr. Patel wrote in the visitor’s book, today I got to visit this historical asset. Mentioning the vision of ancient glory of India, he said that it is a matter of joy and pride for all of us that due to the efforts of our popular Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Rani ki Vav has been accorded the status of World Heritage by UNESCO. In the days to come, we shall continue to work as per the vision and under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to build a divine and glorious India by respecting and recognising such heritage sites.
During the visit of the Chief Minister, District Collector Shri Supreet Singh Gulati, District Development Officer Shri Ramesh Merja, District Superintendent of Police Akshayraj Makwana and other dignitaries and leaders of BJP were present.
