UHM Shri Amit Shah inaugurates and lays foundation stone for various projects worth Rs. 360 crore for AMC

• Before completing 4 years as an MP, inauguration and laying of foundation stone for18,000 crore development works in Gandhinagar Lok Sabha Constituency have been done which is a matter of joy and pride as well.
• 48,000 houses are being built for the poor in Ahmedabad city, more than 65,000 small businessmen have been given loans under the PM SVANidhi Yojana

Chief Minister:-

• There has not been any single week where inauguration and laying of foundation stone have not been done under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi
• The state government plans to build ultra-modern infrastructure at a cost of five lakh crores in the next five years
• A computerized draw of 2,501 houses was done at a cost of Rs 300 crore
• Drainage project at a cost of Rs.17 crore, Gymnasium at a cost of Rs.3 crores and launching of library as well as lake project for the cost of Rs. 5 crore

Gandhinagar, Sunday: Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah while addressing to the people gathered for the occasion said that, The current Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Bhupendra Patel has continued the development works started by Shri Narendra Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat.
He expressed confidence that the acceptance of India at the global level will increase multifarious in the future.

Shri Amit Shah further said that, Even before the completion of 4 years of my tenure as an MP, development works worth 18,000 crore have been launched in Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency. Recently in Gandhinagar city Rs. 400 crore and today inauguration and laying of foundation stone for various projects at an estimated cost of Rs. 360 have been launched in Ahmedabad city, which is a matter of pride and happiness as an MP, a public representative.

Shri Amit Shah added that, In comparison to other states, the development works are happening at a fast pace in Gujarat. The Chief Minister has responded positively to my presentation about my achievements and success as an MP. He thanked the Chief Minister and the officials of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for that.

Stating that the central and state governments are dedicated to the poor and needy people, Shri Amit Shah said, Today, the construction of houses for 48,000 poor people is going on in the city of Ahmedabad, in the near future, 200 e-buses will also be available to make Ahmedabad pollution-free Also, more than 65,000 small entrepreneurs have been given loans under the PM SVANidhi Yojana. The allocation of Rs. 500 crores in this year’s budget to provide shelter to the workers shows the foresight of our Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel.

On this occasion Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said, Ease of living has been given priority in the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The government is working towards making lives of the people better.

Chief Minister further said that, It is the resolve of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi that every family should have a roof over their heads, moving forward in the direction of providing a home to every family, a draw of 2,501 houses was done at a cost of 300 crore, which is a matter of joy. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, urban and rural poor families have got the address of happiness.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel clearly said, The state government is determined to make Gujarat a leader in the field of ease of living under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Gujarat has allocated a historic budget of Rs. 3 lakh crore in this Amrit Kaal. One of the five resolutions of the budget is infrastructural development. For this, the state government is planning to build world-class infrastructure at a cost of five lakh crore in the next five years.

Mayor Shri Kirit Parmar gave the welcome speech during the beginning of the occasion. He said, Shri Amit Shah is working for the all-round development of Gandhinagar as a true representative of the people. It is the resolve of the Central and State Governments to provide public service and especially a home for everyone through public welfare schemes. Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation is trying to fulfill that. Along with the inauguration and laying of foundation stone for various projects of Ahmedabad Muncipal Corporation, a computerized draw of 2,501 LIG houses was also done by Shri Amit Shah.

MPs, MLAs and officials of the Municipal Corporation and a large number of citizens of Ahmedabad were present for the occasion.
