Gandhinagar, Sunday: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel’s special presence in the Pratham Samuh lagnotsav organized by Goras Gandhinagar, District Rabari Samaj Samuhalgan Samiti.
The leaders of the Rabari community greeted the Chief Minister by offering him a turban and a large garland of roses and giving a memento. He was also greeted by the sages of the Rabari community by saffron scarves. Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel wished and blessed 51 newlyweds of Rabari Samaj for their marital life. Each couple was given a gift of more than Rs 5 lakh for household items.
He said on this occasion that keeping society together, Gujarat Government is moving forward with Sauno saath, sauno vikas, sauno vishvas, sauno prayas. He also expressed his desire to think and work together for further development of Gujarat.
On this occasion, MLA of Gandhinagar district Shri Shambhuji Thakor, saints-mahants, political and social leaders of Rabari community and more than 25000 people participated in the samuh lagna and greeted the newly wed couples.
