Guj CM inaugurates renovated building of SPIPA, hostel building for trainee girls at Ahmedabad

    Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani today categorically claimed that the state government has setup a working environment that ensures the core benefits of public welfare schemes get delivered to real beneficiaries without any hinder from the middlemen and the last common-man of the society can experience the “Good Governance.”

    The Chief Minister was speaking at a function organized to dedicate to people the renovated buildings of Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA) and Women’s Hostel, at the costs of Rs. 17-Cr and Rs. 10-Cr, respectively, in Ahmedabad today.

    Mr. Rupani recalled that as many as 191 students had taken training at the SPIPA for UPSC examinations and got selected as IAS officers from Gujarat. In last one year, over 100,000 youths were given recruitments in Gujarat.

    The eye-catching development and administration of the Gujarat has become a subject-to-study for the nation and world, he added.

    On the occasion, the Chief Minister also released a documented booklet on 9th Chintan Shibir and launched a website containing 31 e-Learning modules to assist the employees and officials working in the state government.

    Others who spoke on the occasion included Mrs. Sangeeta Singh, Additional Chief Secretary (General Administration Department), Mr. C V Som, Principal Secretary (General Administration Department), Mr. Dhananjay Dwivedi, Director General, SPIPA, and others.

    The function was attended by Mr. K. M. Bheemjiyani, Deputy Director, SPIPA and large number of trainees.
