    • Inauguration of Khedbrahma Part-2 scheme water supply works completed at the cost of Rs. 136.43 crore
    • Ground breaking ceremony of various Group Schemes to be renovated at a cost of Rs.400 crore
    • Dedicates a total of 3 works of 1961.89  lakh under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in Sabarkantha district owned by Roads and Buildings Panchayat Department.
    • The MoU was signed to ensure a smooth market for the farmers adopting natural farming for production

    • This important scheme will provide drinking water to 14.12 lakh people of 419 villages in Himmatnagar and Talod city also Khedbrahma, Vijaynagar, Poshina and Prantij

    Gandhinagar, Saturday:  Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel on the occasion of inaugurating and ground breaking ceremony of various group water supply scheme of Rs. 536.78 crore of water supply department at Khedbrahma said, As a result of the continuous successful efforts of Shri Narendra Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat, today Gujaratmis realizing the dream of ‘Har Ghar Jal’. As a result of these efforts, house to house water has been managed in the tribal areas from Ambaji to Umargam today.

    We can witness the situation of water in the state what it is currently and what was it in the past. Such amendments has been made so that tap water reaches in every district and taluka of the state. In the presence of Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel at Khedbrahma’s Arrdekta College in Sabarkantha district, inauguration of water supply schemes completed in Sabarkantha district at a cost of Rs. 136.43 crore while Ground breaking ceremony of various Group Schemes to be renovated at a cost of Rs.400 crore.

    It is worth mentioning here that this important project based on Dharoi Vanaj Dam and Narmada main canal will provide drinking water to 17.15 lakh people of 419 villages in Himmatnagar and Talod city also Khedbrahma, Vijayanagar, Poshina and Prantij.

    Minister of Water Supply and Health Shri Rushikesh Patel and Minister of State for Food and Civil Supplies Shri Gajendrasinh Parmar were present at this juncture. On this occasion,CM said that, eight years of the Central Government have come to an end under the rule of Shri Narendra Modi and in these eight years, Shri Narendra Modi has shown the country and the world what is called good governance.

    CM said that, Shri Narendrabhai Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat, the government has made every effort to reach the last person standing in the cue. Thus today the country and the world are witnessing what is called development.  Today, under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Gujarat has become the growth engine of the country and my team Gujarat is constantly trying to take this growth engine forward, he added.  Regarding natural farming the Chief Minister said that Shri Narendra Modi, a visionary of natural farming, is concerned about the health of all the citizens of the country and thus  natural farming is being promoted.

    All sorts of efforts are being made under the guidance of Gujarat Governor Shri Acharya Devvrat to accelerate natural farming in Gujarat. He further added that Gujarat has also declared Dang district as the first natural farming district.

    Talking about the safety of the state, the Chief Minister said that in the last two decades, the state of Gujarat has made good progress in the direction of safety and security and the state government has made all efforts to maintain peace in the state. Highlighting the development work done for the nomadic caste, the Chief Minister said that the state government has also taken special care of the nomadic people.  The state government has provided pucca makan to the nomadic people their daily bread by roaming around and has also done the work of providing education and educating their children.

    The Chief Minister further added saying that, the pace of the development of Gujarat has been given by our Prime Minister and this government is taking it forward with the mantra of  ‘Sauno Saath, Sauno Vishwas and Sauno Prayas’.

    On this occasion Minister of Health Shri Rushikesh Patel said that, As part of the uninterrupted efforts for ‘Nal Se Jal’ scheme started by the then Chief Minister and current Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi the foundation stone of this scheme has been laid in Sabarkantha district at a cost of Rs.536 crore. He added that the state government was providing development works and various welfare schemes to the last man standing in the cue.

    Minister further said that, many people are getting the benefit of Ayushman Bharat Yojana in the field of health today. He added that it was the government’s commitment to ensure the well-being of each and everyone.

    On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Ramila Bara said that, through the ‘Nal Se Jal’ scheme, a dream project of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi has reached the hilly and forest areas. She also said that, this government is a government who works for the welfare of the tribal people.

    On this occasion MP Shri Dipsinh Rathod, District Panchayat President Shri Dheeraj Patel, MLA Shri Rajendrasinh Chavda, Dsitrict Collector, District Development Officer, Chief Engineer, Director of GUDC Shri JD Patel and people from the villages were present.
