GUJ CM Shri Vijay Rupani Inaugurates Urban Kutch Tourist Reception & Refreshment Centre at Dhordo Tent City

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today inaugurated the Urban Kutch Tourist Reception and Refreshment Centre at the Dhordo Tent City in the Rann of Kutch.

He went round the exhibition and sales counter for Kutchi handicraft, besides Children Park, set up at the Centre. It may be mentioned, the Gujarat Tourism Department has been organizing Global Art Festival, in which artisans from several countries, like UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Japan, China and Brazil, participate and display their artefacts.

The occasion is All India Tourism Ministers Council organized by Union Ministry of Tourism & Culture in cooperation with Government of Gujarat.

Those present on the occasion included Union Minister of State for Tourism Prahlad Singh Patel, Gujarat’s Tourism Minister Jawahar Chavda, Minister of State Vasanbhai Ahir, MLA Nimaben Acharya, Tourism Secretary Mamata Verma, Managing Director Jainu Devan and other officers.
