Guj CM Shri Vijay Rupani enrolls 105 students at Asarwa of Ahmedabad

    On the last day of three-day Shala Praveshotsav and Kanya Kelavani festival, Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani today enrolled today 105 eligible students of Std. 1 to Std. 5 at Asarva of Ahmedabad.

    Addressing the students, teachers and their parents Mr. Rupani said that a bright future can only be made through quality education. A budget of Rs. 25,000 crores has been allocated for education sector in current fiscal budget and the day is not far when students will be able to learn through tablets rather than books. Schools will be equipped with a digital mode of learning in the upcoming days and 2500 virtual classes will be started for the students of std. 7 and 8 to familiarize them with modern day’s education.

    Mr. Rupani added that education is not a business but a tradition of student-teacher relationship. Fee Regulation Committee has been made to ensure that private schools do not charge beyond limits. “Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi had started this initiative with a pledge to educate children, parents should ensure the same” he added.

    Mr. Rupani distributed fruits and toy kits to the toddlers enrolled in Aanganwadi. He also distributed book to the students enrolled from standard 1 to 5 and standard 5 to 7. He felicitated elders and donors of the village.

    On the occasion MLA’s, Commissioner Mr. Mukeshkumar, Collector Ms. Avantika Singh, Corporator’s, Leaders, Guardians and Students at large were remained present.
