Guj CM Shri Vijaybhai Rupani prays to Lord Jagannath on 143rd Rath Yatra
Chief Minister of the state Mr. Vijay Rupani prayed to Lord Jagannath on the occasion of the 143rdRath Yatra in Ahmedabad. The procession could not be carried out in the city due to the menace of the Novel Corona Virus. However, the chariot of the Lord will be moved in the premises of the temple in order to enable people to offer their prayers.
Arrangements have been made for the devotees keeping in mind the social distancing protocol. The CM also wished members of the Kutchi Samaj on their New Year.
Minister of State for Home Department Mr. Pradeepsinh Jadeja, Mayor of Ahmedabad Ms. Bijal Patel, Chief priest of the temple Dilipdasji Maharaj and a number of other dignitaries were present during the prayers.
