Hon’ble PM dedicates Shri K.D.Parvadiya multi-specialty hospital at Atkot in Rajkot

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi:-

    Gandhinagar, Saturday:  The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated 200 bed facility Shri. K.D. Parvadiya Multi Specialty Hospital at Atkot and by addressing lakhs of people gathered on the occasion said that, by combining the efforts of the people with the efforts of the government, the power to serve increases, and K.D.P Multispeciality hospital is a prime example of it. The present government has established a prominent practice of serving and empowering the poor, he added.

    The Prime Minister took this opportunity and said that, the aim of the government is to create a healthy environment in which hospitals remain vacant. Current government has given priority towards service and welfare of the poor. The mantra of Sauno Saath ,Sauno Vikas, Sauno Vishwas, Sauno Prayas has given  a new impetus to the development of the country.  PM further added saying that, if you take into account the total population of the entire US and European countries more citizens of our nation are receiving free treatment under Ayushman Yojana.  This is a chronicle proof of India’s sound health system.

    Regarding the completion of 8 years of good governance of the Central Government, the Prime Minister said that, Gujarat has taught the policy of working for the welfare of the people. These are the ethics inculcated by the holy land of Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. As a result of which not a single such work has been done by the government which would make the citizens of the nation feel ashamed of.

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi further added that, in 2001, there were a total of 1100 medical seats in the state which has now increased to 8000 in the year 2022. There are a total of 30 government and private medical colleges functioning in the state. Prime Minister with assurance said that, the motto of the state government is to set up a medical college in every district of the state.

    Prime Minister with lot of pride said, that the “Statue of Unity” is the tallest statue in the world, Which is a matter of honour for the entire state. Gujarat has established its strength by completing such a big task so fast.

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi while giving an overview of the industrial progress of Gujarat said that, only the medium-sized-small scale industries developed in the whole of Gujarat are the true strength and distinctive identity of Gujarat. Compared to the previous industrial development from Vadodara to Vapi, industrial development has spread more in the entire state. He added that the state government is also making sufficient efforts for the development of industries through infrastructural facilities.  Morbi’s sanitary industry, Jamnagar’s brass parts industry and Rajkot’s oil engine industry are world renowned. Moreover new pharma companies are setting up their units in Gujarat which is making Gujarat move at a faster pace in all fields.

    As per the newly enacted rule PM said that, from now on, students who have been educated in their native language will also be able to get higher education which will increase the rate of higher education in the entire state.

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi further said that, the government has taken care of the poor and middle class people of the country that do not have to face any kind of hardships. The BJP government is running campaign to make sure that every citizen gets 100 percent benefit of the scheme. When the goal is to reach to the last person standing in the cue there is no place for Discrimination, corruption or any biased feelings.

    He further added that the strength of Gujarat’s ports has increased with the construction of six lane highways across the state. Moreover because of Ghogha-Dahej Ro-Ro Ferry Service that has been manifested today which has enabled to cover the distance of more than 300 km between Surat and Saurashtra in a matter of minutes.

    Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel while congratulating  Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for successfully completing 8 years of governance said that, Today is a joyful occasion for Atkot in Rajkot as K.D. Parvadiya Hospital is now well equipped to provide ultra-modern health facilities to poor and middle class families to their doorsteps. Following the principles of good governance, the Gujarat government is leading the way for multifaceted development. Earlier, people had to travel far and wide for health facilities. But now health facilities are being made available in the hinterland. Expressing confidence that K.D. Parvadiya Hospital will continue to be a boon for the poor and middle class people, the Chief Minister further said, The years of savings of poor and middle class families are used up for hospital expenses when the adverse health related issues arise. PMJAY Yojana has provided health protection to poor and middle class families. About 2 crore 25 lakh people are benifiting through this Yojana.  Also, 1700 seats for MBBS and 2000 seats for PG have been fixed so that our youth generation do not require to go elsewhere for  pursuing medical studies. Gujarat Government will create 8 new medical institutes in future. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was welcomed by Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel and BJP State President Shri CR Patil with shawl and memento. The Managing Director of the hospital, Shri Bharat Boghara, greeted the Prime Minister. Shri Bharat Boghara in his welcome address clarified the background and purpose of construction of the hospital. More than two lakh people were present on the occasion and were enthusiastic to be a part of such event and witness Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressing them.

    Shri K.D. Parvadiya Multispeciality Hospital inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will have full time services of doctors specialized in Gynecology, Surgery, Orthopedic, Pediatric,Medicine, Radiology,Pathology, Dental and Physiotherapy while Nephrology, Surgery,Cardiology also services of visiting doctors specialized in departments like Gastro Surgery, Gastrology, Oncology, Critical Care etc will be available.  Diagnosis for major diseases will no longer require a trip to the bigger cities as all healthcare services will be available at doorsteps with an affordable rate which will save both time and money of the people

    On this occasion BJP State President Shri C.R.
