4th Test match between India and Australia begins in the presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Prime Minister of Australia Mr. Anthony Albanese

Prime Minister’s of both the countries gives cap to both the captains and thereafter participates for the national anthem
Gandhinagar, Thursday: The grand celebration of India and Australia’s ’75 Years of Friendship through Cricket’ was held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad in the presence of Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and Prime Minister of Australia Mr. Anthony Albanese MP.
Governor of Gujarat Shri Acharya Devvrat and Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel were also present on this occasion.
The final match of the India-Australia Test series kick started at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad which is also one of the largest cricket stadium in the world.
On this historic moment before the start of the Test match, Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and Prime Minister of Australia Mr. Anthony Albanese MP motivated and encouraged both the captains Rohit Sharma the captain of India and Steve Smith the captain of Australia by giving them the caps.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Prime Minister Mr. Anthony Albanese greeted thousands of cricket fans present in the stadium for which they got standing ovation from the spectators present in the stadium. The entire stadium was buzzing with the cheers of the people present in the stadium.
The Prime Ministers of both the countries and all the people present in the stadium participated in singing the national anthems of India and Australia respectively. After the national anthem, the Prime Ministers of both the countries shook hands with the players of their respective country’s team and motivated them.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Mr. Anthony Albanese also viewed the gallery showcasing glimpses of 75 years of cricket friendship between the two countries.
Both the minister’s sat in the presidential gallery of the stadium and witnessed some of the initial moments of the match.
Before the start of the match, traditional display of garba was showcased in front of the dignitaries and the crowd gathered to witness the test match.
