Justice D A Mehta Inquiry Commission submits reports on fire incidents at Shrey Hospital, Ahmedabad and Uday Shivanand Hospital, Rajkot to Chief Minister
Gujarat Highcourt’s retired justice Justice D. A. Mehta today submitted his inquiry reports on the fire incidents occurred at Shrey Hospital in Ahmedabad and Uday Shivanand Covid Hospital at Rajkot to Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani in Gandhinagar.
Under the Commission of Inquiry Act, the Chief Minister had appointed Justice D. A. Mehta Inquiry Commission to make inquiry into fire incidents that occurred at Shrey Hospital in Ahmedabad in last the August and Uday Shivanand Covid Hospital in Rajkot in the last November.
Gujarat Highcourt’s retired justice D. A. Mehta today submitted reports of the Inquiry Commission.
Those who remained present at the event included Gujarat Law Minister Mr. Pradipsinh Jadeja, Chief Secretary Mr. Anil Mukim, Mr. K. Kailashnathan – Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Mr. Pankaj Mukar – Additional Chief Secretary (Home), Mr. M. K. Das – Addition Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Mr. Vyas, Secretary (Law).
