Our Prime Minister, energetically climbed the steps amidst drizzling rain and foggy weather to reach Mahakali Mata temple to offer prayers

    Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi’s leading faith in Mahakali Mata: 

    Gandhinagar, Saturday: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi unfurled ‘Dhwaja’ today on the newly constructed peak of Kalika Mata temple at Pavagadh, the famous pilgrimage site of Gujarat.

    The Prime Minister landed on the helipad at Pavagadh Vadatalav and proceeded directly to the Pavagadh temple premises. It had started raining by the time the Prime Minister had reached the destination by ropeway.

    However, our energetic Prime Minister reached by climbing the steps of the temple with youthful enthusiasm and performed Pujan-Archan-Aarti to Mahakali Mata.

    Later, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi worshipped the ‘Dhwaja’ and hoisted it on the newly constructed peak of Kalika Mata temple.

    It is notable that the devotees who come to worship Kalika Mata have to climb the steps to reach the temple premises even after reaching the temple through ropeway. The same way Prime Minister also climbed the stairs, bowed down in the Mata’s court and received blessings.

    Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel also accompanied in offering prayers with the Prime Minister.
