Gandhinagar, Sunday: BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, which is always active in the public service, recently conducted a special social campaign ‘Parivarik Shanti Abhiyan-2022 on the initiative of Pramukhswami Maharaj’s Shatabdi Mahotsav for two and a half months.

Thousands of selfless volunteers of BAPS who went from house to house spreading the message of family peace and unity were applauded in the presence of Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, Education Minister Shri Jitubhai Vaghani and Co-operation Minister Shri Jagdishbhai Vishwakarma as well as dignitaries.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel said that Shatabdi Sevaks have done a very good job of social service by conveying the message of Pramukhswami Maharaj to millions of people under ‘Parivarik Shanti Abhiyan’. He added that we have all learned every action and method of working through the message of Shri Pramukhaswami Maharaj.

Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel said that under the guidance of Shri Narendrabhai Modi, I too have got the opportunity to serve Gujarat. He further added that even during the Corona era, Shri Narendrabhai Modi has fully served the nation by uniting the country and at this time many organizations of the country also cooperated.

Appreciating this family peace campaign of BAPS, the Chief Minister said that this campaign has left a unique mark on the society and not only this, the family peace campaign is also an important step in building a happy nation. The Chief Minister clearly said that through this campaign the volunteers who have given the message of happiness and peace to more than 20 lakh people through which Gujarat and the country is going to get huge benefits in the time to come.

Talking about the Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, he said that under the guidance of Shri Narendra Modi, the country is celebrating the Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav. The children of this organization are also expected to participate in Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav in the near future. These children are also going to reach the homes of the people through special campaigns like planting trees, save water, save electricity and this is also a kind of country service, he added.

On the occasion of Pramukhswami Maharaj Shatabdi Mahotsav, Education Minister Shri Jitubhai Vaghani said that this is the first organization in the entire world to organize such a Shatabdi Mahotsav. He said that through this campaign, this organization has given leaders of social upliftment to Gujarat and the country. He also shared some of his childhood experiences with Pramukhswami Maharaj.

On this occasion, Co-operation Minister Shri Jagdishbhai Vishwakarma said that a huge effort has been made to bring peace to millions of families through a Viral Parivarik Shanti Abhiyan organised in regards of Brahmaswaroop Pramukhswami Maharaj Shatabdi Mahotsav.

On this occasion, Brahmavihari Swami said that under this campaign, more than 72 000 volunteers have visited and more than 15 states and carried the message of family peace campaign from house to house.

He added that the campaign is not going to stop here, in the coming time more than 30,000 children will reach out to more than 30 lakh people. Through this contact, the understanding of de-addiction, saving electricity as well as planting more trees will be conveyed to the people.

Pujya Kothari Swami, Pujya Ishwarcharan Swami, Pujya Yajnapriya Swami as well as a large number of saints and Haribhaktas were present on this occasion.
