Gandhinagar, Tuesday: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said that it is the nature of Gujaratis including Patidar Samaj to contribute as much as possible in social upliftment works through services and charities in the field of nutrition, education and health. The services of socio-religious organizations give impetus to the government’s public welfare efforts, he added.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi while virtually inaugurating boys hostel, education complex of Shri Annapurna Dham Trust as well as virtually laying the foundation stone of Hiramani Arogyadham of Jansahayak Trust he further added saying that, These newly created projects of education and nutrition will be of great benefit to the common man of Gujarat. In this context PM said that, Where Goddess Annapurna Devi is worshiped there is no scope for malnutrition, ignorance of nutrition is responsible for malnutrition. At a time when the world is running out of food stocks due to the pandemic it has been noted globally that Indian farmers are capeable enough to provide food to each and every corner of the world. The Prime Minister clearly stated that, we have brought back the statue of Maa Annapurna in Canada, following the tradition of public faith in Maa Annapurna, the Goddess of Wealth. He also mentioned that more than a dozen such mythological relics have been brought back to India from abroad in the last seven-eight years. Referring to the newly constructed education complex at Adalaj, the Prime Minister called upon the youth of the state to be equipped for ‘Industry 4.0 (fourth phase of industrial development)’ through skill development and said that Gujarat is capable of leading India for ‘Industry 4.0’. The Prime Minister explained the example of large scale development of pharma industry in the state since the establishment of the first Pharmacy College in Gujarat.
Expressing happiness over the opportunity to participate in various development ceremonies in Gujarat these days, the Prime Minister described the contribution of religious and social organizations of the state in the field of education, health and nutrition and praised their meritorious contribution. Appreciating the gentle and firm personality of Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel, the Prime Minister said that he was confident that Gujarat would reach new heights under his leadership. He said that Mr. Bhupendra Patel’s specialty is to focus on modern ideology for development and responsibility towards basic works. The state of Gujarat has got noble leadership in the form of Bhupendra Patel, under his leadership the rich traditions of Gujarat will cross new heights. The Prime Minister congratulated Shri Bhupendra Patel for the excellent work of vaccination in Gujarat. The Prime Minister made a keynote of the ongoing development work of tourist destinations like Nadabet, Gabbar and Statue of Unity. under the leadership of the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said that the development projects of Shri Annapurna Dham Trust will achieve the goal of overall welfare of the society. When the power of social organization joins the efforts of the government, the value of everyone’s effort is added to the mantra of ‘Sauno Saath, Sauno Vikas’ and ‘Sauno Vishwas’. The Chief Minister advocated the involvement of social forces in nation building to create a healthy India, an educated India, and Atmanirbhar India in the era of independence.
Shri Bhupendra Patel further said that Shri Narendra has developed a work culture to do what he says .Laying foundation stone of this hostel and Bhojnalaya was done by the Prime Minister in 2019. Today, these projects are being unveiled by his own grace. Explaining the special importance of natural agriculture on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that our land which provides inexhaustible store of food grains is also like Maa Annapurna Devi. Natural farming is the only way for our land as well as for human health. Referring to Jansahayak Trust Hiramani Arogya Dham, the Chief Minister said that Gujarat is a leader in the Prime Minister’s National Dialysis Campaign across the country. He said that free dialysis facility at all the dialysis centres in the state as well as 31 new dialysis centres were started in the state simultaneously under ‘One Nation One Dialysis’.
MP and BJP state President Shri C.R. Patil He said that the benevolent attitude of the people of Gujarat and their service-welfare activities are inspired by Indian religion and culture. He lauded the uninterrupted development journey of Gujarat under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel.
On this occasion, the Chairman of Shri Annapurna Dham Trust and MP Shri Narhari Amin informed everyone about the social service activities of the trust.
