Gandhinagar, Thursday: While addressing the Dabgar Samaj Sneh Milan in Gandhinagar, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said that according to the Niti Aayog report, the economic management of the Gujarat government is the best in the country. This year’s government budget is the biggest budget in the history of Gujarat. As a result of the double engine government led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Gujarat is moving at a fast pace on the path of development.
He further said that under the guidance of the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the public has been experiencing the good governance of the government in Gujarat for 20 years, and the people have also seen the joint development efforts of both the central and state governments for the last eight years.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the economy of the country and Gujarat, both are flourishing. According to a recent report, India has overtaken Britain as the fifth largest economy in the world. India’s GDP growth rate has reached 13 percent. He said that during the corona epidemic, the countries of the world have also taken note of the measures taken by the governments under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to control Covid, comprehensive vaccination and treatment. Not only this, as a result of Prime Minister’s foreign policy, India’s pride and identity has increased globally.
The Chief Minister also said in this regard that the Gujarat government has adopted the policy of taking all the society together and is the backbone of the development of the state. He added that education is very important for the progress of any society. The more the education in the society, the more its prevalence will increase, the more will the society progress. The Chief Minister said that, breaking the belief that it is not possible to bring comprehensive reforms in such a big country, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has shown success in many comprehensive initiatives including Swachta Abhiyan, Open-Defecation Free, Ujjwala and Ujala and alike.
The Chief Minister further said that in the past, there were attempts to create differences between different sections of the society during the elections, but for the last two decades in Gujarat, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the elections are contested only on the basis of development.
