Gandhinagar, Monday: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said that Education is the first condition for overall development. Gujarat government has made all efforts to provide advanced education to the students and youth by bringing timely changes in the education sector.
The drop-out ratio in primary schools in Gujarat was 35 percent, has come down to less than three percent. This is the fruitful outcome of Gujarat’s development journey of two decades under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
The Chief Minister addressed Sneh Milan of Nayak-Bhojak Samaj organized in Gandhinagar. He explained the importance of teachers and education to all present on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. Leaders of Nayak-Bhojak samaj greeted Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister said that along with education, in all sectors like health, infrastructural development, industry, employment, agriculture, energy, Gujarat has gradually progressed in the last two decades and set new standards.
Under the direction of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Gujarat has become the growth engine of the country and Gujarat is considered a model state of the country.
For the last eight years, Gujarat is getting the benefit of the double engine government. Central government and state government schemes have been widely benefiting the masses directly and quickly. Following the idea suggested by the Prime Minister of saturation-fulfillment of the scheme, we are delivering the benefit of the government’s beneficial scheme to the public through digital technology.
The Chief Minister said that according to the recent report of Niti Aayog, the financial management of the Gujarat government is the best in the country. Due to this management under the guidance of the Prime Minister, Gujarat has become a capable state in economic matters.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, we kept the economy of the country and the state moving and did not let the development work stop, it is a big achievement of this government.
As a result of this epidemic or the Ukraine-war, the economies of countries around the world have been disrupted, our country has become the fifth largest economy in the world by registering a growth rate of 13.5%, surpassing Britain.
