    Union Minister of State with PMO Jitendra Singh discuss with Chief Minister Vijay Rupani

    Move to develop iCreate as world-class institute to fulfil Prime Minister’s idea of building New India

    Union Minister of State with the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh, leading a high-level delegation of Central Government, met Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani here today to review the progress of iCreate and develop it into a world-class institute. The delegation met incubates also.

    Impressed by its activities and projects undertaken, Mr. Singh opined that iCreate is the only institute which the Central and State Government could jointly develop it into a world-class institute.

    Mr. Rupani extended the state government’s full cooperation, as part of the Prime Minister’s idea of building New India.

    Those present on the occasion included Gujarat’s Chief Secretary Anil Mukim, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Manoj Kumar Das, Administrative Reforms Secretary Rakesh Shankar, Union Government’s senior officer Rajendra Kumar and others

    Union Minister of State with PMO for N-E Region Jitendra Singh and Gujarat Chief Minister decide to stage Madhavpur-Ghed Fair near Porbandar at global scale

    Union Minister of State with the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) for Development of North-eastern Region Jitendra Singh met Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani over a meeting here today and decided to hold the Mahavpur-Ghed Fair near Porbandar at a much larger and international scale.

    The Madhavpur-Ghed Fair is being celebrated over five days for the last two years.

    They discussed plans to develop the rich ancient culture and narratives of both Gujarat and Northeast States as the lands of Lord Krishna and Rukmaniji respectively through exchange of youth and events of the two regions. It will create more job opportunities also.

    Mr. Rupani directed the Gujarat Tourism Department to publicise and promote the Fair at appropriate levels. This will encourage the North-eastern region showcase its arts and culture at the international scale fair in Gujarat.

    Those present at the meeting included Chief Secretary Anil Mukim, Principal Secretary for CMO and Industries Manoj Kumar Das and others.
