State Government adopts a sensitive approach to ensure that people do not need to visit district or state level offices and their issues can be resolved at doorsteps

Gandhinagar, Thursday: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the Taluka Panchayat Bhavan newly constructed at a cost of Rs. 2.4 crore by Panchayat, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department in Viramgam taluka. Finance Minister Kanubhai Desai as well Labour and Employment Minister Shri Brijeshkumar Merja accompanied Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister said that, the state government has adopted a sensible approach keeping in mind that people do not have to visit district or state level offices and their issues can be solved at their doorsteps. Issues will not arise if the problems are resolved at local levels rather than taking it to taluka or district levels. With an aim of “Main Nahin Hum” (self for society) a review meeting of the district administration was held at Viramgam in Ahmedabad district under the chairmanship of Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister also urged the officials of the administration to resolve the issues in a timely manner at doorsteps.

Finance Minister Kanubhai Desai, Labour and Employment Minister Shri Brijeshkumar Merja, Former Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama and District party President Shri Harshadgiri Goswami and public representatives also accompanied Chief Minister.

In this review meeting, various issues of water, road, sewerage, overbridge, irrigation, electricity, education, storm water disposal, widening roads were presented to the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister addressed the issues of the office bearers and discussed minutely with the administration and said that the administration is working to resolve the issues in every way possible. He also asked for immediate disposal of issues unresolved. He also suggested to make this program result oriented when the system and the delegates would coordinate with each other and move ahead with the procedure without any issues.

Ahmedabad District Collector Shri Sandeep Sangle said that the State Government is committed to deliver various schemes to the last man of the state. The Chief Minister has also adopted a full-fledged approach to resolve public issues.

MLAs, District Development Officer Shri Anilbhai Dhameliya, Auda CEO Shri D.P. Desai, Superintendent of Police as well as Taluka Presidents were also present at this esteemed occasion.
