State level “SWAGAT”: (Rajya SWAGAT) An online public grievance redressal program to be held on Thursday, 24th February
Gandhinagar, Monday: Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Patel will be present at the state level ‘SWAGAT’ an online public grievance redressal program to be held in Gandhinagar on Thursday, 24th February and will interact with the applicants and will take necessary action for proper redressal of their problem.
SWAGAT- State Wide Attention on public Grievances by Application of Technology program for the redressal of grievances of citizens of the state was started by Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2003.
This program has also received many awards, including the UN Award for Excellence for Good Governance as well as for the smooth solution of the problems of the people.
The Chief Minister interacts with the applicants through Rajya SWAGAT held on the fourth Thursday of every month under this ‘SWAGAT’ program. This program will be held at 03:00 PM on Thursday in the newly constructed SWAGAT Kaksh (Hall) equipped with state-of-the-art technology facilities with huge seating capacity on the ground floor of Swarnim Sankul-2.
The Chief Minister after the program will also guide the participating district officers through video conferencing from the district level.
Rajya Swagat which was postponed due to the outbreak of the global Corona pandemic, is now being rescheduled for next Thursday, February 24.
