Guj CM launches ‘Gujarat Tak’ digital platform of national news channel Aaj Tak

    Gandhinagar, Monday:  Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel while launching ‘Gujarat Tak’ digital platform of national news channel Aaj Tak said that Gujarat has maintained the pace of development even during pandemic by manifesting the slogan of Sauno  Saath Sauno  Vikas.  Recently, Gujarat retained its first rank in the National Report on Financial Affairs. Chief Minister added.

    Chief Minister further added that For 20 years Gujarat was led and guided by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and he laid the foundation of development, as a result today Gujarat has achieved development in all sectors including water, health, roads, girl child protection, agricultural industrial development. Prime Minister Shir Narendra Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat through various projects provided electricity and roads from village to village. He also expressed the belief to continue leading with the mantra of Sauno Saath and Sauno Prayas.

    Chief Minister further added saying that Vibrant Gujarat launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi made the state globally renowned and today Gujarat is at the forefront in the country in terms of foreign investment.

    Gujarat’s share in the country’s economy is 8.36%, the government is moving forward with a road map to increase it to 10%. He added.

    Chief Minister informed that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s dream of a self-reliant India is to be realized through a self-reliant Gujarat.While presenting the development statistics of the state of Gujarat he added that In 2002 there were 2.74 lakh MSMEs, today it has increased to 8.66 lakh. Industrial output has increased from 1.27 lakh crore to 16.19 lakh crore. Gujarat’s contribution to the country in exports is 30 percent.  The area under cereal crops has reached 31.82 lakh hectares today. As far as primary education is concerned, the dropout ratio has come down from 37% to three percent. The Gujarat government is conscious about the fact that every child should study. 20 years ago medical seats were 1375, which has reached 7700 today.

    The Chief Minister called upon entire nation to participate in Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan and to celebrate 15th August with patriotism, keeping aside all the disparities. Gujarat wll also be the spearhead in the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Let us all participate in this campaign and hoist the tricolor at home and strengthen the national spirit, he added.
