Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani has begun National Summit on Innovation and Technology (NSIT) as a part of preparatory of Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2017 here in Mahatma Mandir of Gandhinagar.
Various industrialists, businessmen, experts, educationalists and youth engage with I.T., electronics, bio-technology and nanotechnology will interact for start-up business development during this two day summit.
CM Shri Rupani stated that this summit will provide an effective platform to emerging start-ups and new entrepreneurs. He further said that 21st century is an era of knowledge-driven economy and upcoming information, bio and nanotechnology can aid rapid and sustainable development. We are committed to adopt innovation and ultra modern technology in Gujarat, he added.
He expressed hope that this summit will help to build technologically empowered Gujarat as well as to realize ‘Make in Gujarat’ vision with the maximum usage of I.T., electronics and bio-technology in public life by adopting our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of BT+BT=BT, i.e. Bharat Today (BT) + Bio Technology (BT) = Bharat Tomorrow (BT). He wished a grand success to this summit, in which 400 plus companies are participating.
On the occasion, CM Shri Rupani also released state government’s bio-technology document and souvenir and compendiums of 101 e-governance projects.
